I’ve had both great and not so great experiences with Jim’s over the last 25 years. I’ve purchased units from both JC locations as well as the Kingsport location before it closed. The last time I did business was on a used unit. I had worked with one of the salesmen but as I was leaving the owner approached me, shook my hand thanking me for the business and asked I contact him if there’s ever any issue. I ended up having to take him up on the offer as the charging system failed on the first ride. He made it right even though it was a used unit with no warranty. They will be my first stop for anything Honda/Yamaha/Kawasaki from now on.

You would think that the person behind the parts counter knew a little more than probably. My second time here and the same old attitude.
Changed my stars thanks to Dusty in the maintenance shop. He helped me with a recall and had the work completed in a day! Awesome work!

Jim’s has a variety of motorcycles, clothing and parts all in one place. Three separate building. One for apparel, one for parts and a few bikes, then a new showroom with more bikes, atv, etc.
Pricing is good one some things. Priced a tire with installment for my bike but the price was a little high compared to other places. But great customer service. Polite and friendly.

Wow, what a great shop.
Everyone is super friendly here.
I called a few days prior inquiring if they had the model I wanted, and came in a few days later and had a pleasant transaction.
This was the first time buying a new motorcycle, and it was certainly memorable.
Highly recommend!
