There are only so many times you can say no to the rewards program. Its fine to ask but omg every single time i visit this one location, they ask 20 times and shame me for not being part of the rewards program. If i say no, that means no. I tell them i only visit a gamestop about once every other month. I dont need it. But they keep asking and asking and shaming me for not having the membership thats useless for me! Its just this one location that asks over and over. I wanted to buy cute nerdy stuff, not be shamed for not buying a rewards program i dont need every single time i visit this one location so im not going to this one anymore.

Purchased Product replacement warranty. Was told I would get a free new one if I need it replaced. I took it back and they gave me a pre owned and said the policy had changed even tho I purchased the warranty before the policy change. Terrible business model

I will never use this specific GameStop ever again. I bought a used switch from them for my niece for Christmas. Upon opening it we found there was a piece missing. The lady I spoke to about it didn't seem concerned about replacing it and said their manager told them there was nothing they could do because of purchase date and that I had to buy one. Even though they were the ones who didn't put it in the box. Of course we didn't open it to check. IT WAS A GIFT!

I tried calling this place a few different times throughout the day and they never answered. Later that day I went inside the store and discreetly made a phone call to the store and watched the employee go right over to the ringing phone and silence it as my phone eventually rang out..what horrible business

The manager that runs the store is doing an excellent job of getting people to buy things because he was able to get me to buy a PlayStation 5 and 4 games. He talked me into it, but in a way that a true salesman should do their job correctly. Their selection is small because it is a mall store, but if you can't get the game there, they can order it and send it to your house. I will say when you go in. They're going to help you out. And every time I go in there. The employees always treat me right. So the manager is doing an excellent job. I would recommend going to this gamestop.

It's gamestop! The store is really large, even if the selection is a but limited due to being a mall shop so there aren't that many trade ins.

Great store. I've had some bad experiences at different gamestops before but never this one. I highly recommend going to this gamestop for all ur gaming needs.
