They done Taxes either figure out what was going on with him I wouldn’t know I got that straightened out their phones been disconnected for over a month now I went to the taxes since the 14th I went to their place they cannot get a hold of them and I sent messages on here too and they had me blocked

I wanted to let you know that my wife and I did our taxes with turbo tax this year and we were owed 10,000 . We claimed our 3 kids and worked very very hard for the 2020 tax season. We only got 76.00 dollars of that money .

Went to go file my taxes at easy an direct tax services and they were closed their son says Sunday 10 am to 8 PM and it is 3 PM I knocked on the door also called the number on the door and no one ever answered if they're not gonna be open when they say they are then they don't need to be in business

Getting a copy of a tax return already filed is a nightmare. I’m going through a tax audit based on information filed with this company. They do not care at all and won’t even send a copy of the return. Days of no one responding, after promising to get it the same day. Truly very disappointing. Would not recommend.
