I dropped off a huge print order that demanded a lot of work within a short time frame. Chris and the people at Copynet completed it and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Copynet!

I had been a customer for over 10 yrs. Working with the new Manager has been little Rocky, he flips on the agreed prices often when you go to pick up the work. The ladies do a very good work if not most of the work because Mike is never in the office and that is fine he has things to do and health to take care off, he has excellent ladies that do a very good job. I left a poster that took Mike two years to complete when I got it it had molds one frame broke. I never complained, paid $154.89Second time few months I needed a different poster the lady gave me an initial quotation when I came to pay Mike had given a different price. As a customer I paid and expressed my concerns . When making picture posters we collaborated .eg when I said I needed my deceased fathers picture in the middle because it’s a memorial poster the wrong picture was used all I did was ask the right picture put before the pastor was finished and printed. That’s how it works a custom reviews the work to satisfaction before the work is established as done.Mike’s respond is unprofessional and not customer service related. From Mike Rhees: Manager( Copy net Johnson City)As you are obviously unhappy with our service, we strongly request that you take your business elsewhere effective immediately. Also due to the fact that you are an unprofitable customer we ask that you refrain from CopyNet in the future. I am instructing my employees to not accept any future jobs from you.The poster charges were in writing. You approved the charges. You even included your approval in the body of your own email. We charged you the exact written amount. No itemization will be forthcoming. We feel that it is not our responsibilityMost of our profit comes from our ability to charge for labor. Our rate is extremely reasonable. We disagree, in strongest terms, with your assessment of our services. We have served you tirelessly for years with fairness and honesty. Our employees, including Empress, and managers Gina and myself, have always gone above and beyond the norm to satisfy you. We have offered you the best prices anywhere on services that our competitors may not offer. We have allowed you to take advantage of our efforts. More often than not we have lost revenue on your jobs because of changing demands. We offered you credit on your purchases and gave you itemizations even when they cost us additional time. We were often forced to stay beyond scheduled hours because you would make purchases at closing time. In summary, we are not deserving of your criticisms.Nearly every job we have done for you has gone over the estimate because you change the job and/or demand larger amounts of our time than estimated. Even though we offered you credit on your purchases you asked US to jump through hoops before you would pay your bill, even when it consisted of many small charges that you forgot that you had made.Sincerely,Mike Rhees

I had a specific paper feel in mind for my prints but I didn't know what it was called and I struggled to describe it, however the employees at copy net went above and beyond to zero in on what I wanted.

Every time I use this company they do great work, but this time I am blown away! I called at around 5pm to see if it was possible to do a rush order and they must have worked all night because it was finished by 8:15 the next morning! I am sorry I didn't give them more notice, but I am not sorry for choosing Copy Net!

I love this place! The #1 reason, is the people that work there. Fast, easy and convenient. Sometimes it is easier just to drop by and get a copy rather than fooling with the printer. I have had so many things laminated from SS cards, pictures to famous quotes. After my mom passed away I used them to fax all of those copies to various organizations.
