We had a windshield replaced here once before on one of our cars and had a pretty good experience. But this time not so much.
Lady would not get up and take a pen and a piece of paper and walk out and get the VIN number from my car. So the conversation went something like this.
The girl was obviously annoyed that she had a customer walk in. She asked me what I needed, I said I have a crack in my windshield and she just sat there without speaking and then said “AND” then asked if I had an appointment.
I did not have an appointment because that's what I was stopping in to do, make an appointment. I should be very accustomed to it by now, all of us should, but I was a little surprised at her laziness. I said I'd like to get it replaced.
In a perturbed voice she said, do you have your VIN number? To which I said no. I'm thinking I wonder how many people actually memorize a 17 Digit VIN number?
I was amazed that I was dealing with such a indolent human being. So said I'll go somewhere else and walked out the door. Because if the office staff, is that lazy then? Then it's a good chance the installers are too.
I don't know what I was expecting, I guess someone who wasn't so lazy that they wouldn't even get up out of their chair to go write down a 17-digit vehicle identification number.
I'm wondering if I use their service, would they want me to actually replace the windshield myself?
After posting this I look back and I see some other really bad reviews.

This location is a real challenge to deal with. They had to replace my windshield three different times over the course of four days before they completely sealed it. They do not answer their phone, so it kept routing to the Knoxville location where they were obviously unable to assist with the issue I had because they are 100 miles away. Less than two months later and there is an obvious stress fracture in the top corner and they are claiming it’s not covered under warranty. There is no sign of impact from a rock or anything like that, and there manager agrees with that point. However they are refusing to replace it. Save your time and energy, call the company with the catchy jingle.

Had an appointment. 3-way call with THEM, my insurance & myself--CLEARLY said i had NO DEDUCTIBLE! So appt set!! Wasn't that the whole purpose in the call? got there a little early & they took in...YAY! When work was complete, the attendant ask for $100 deductible! My hubs explained not due...still had to sit by while they called insurance to check! What????WHY????...ridiculous lack of communication!

The staff was very polite and friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure things were right with my windshield replacement. Great, clean work and done 30 minutes early. I would gladly use them again!

Had the windshield repaired on my wife's car a couple of months ago, and it's held up great. Not a single problem! The technician was very polite, and got the work done quickly.

They are always quick to respond and to get service scheduled and completed. Taylor is an absolute GEM and is super helpful with every step of the process. HIGHLY recommend them.

I should have known by the phone call that this was going to be a disaster. This place was considered preferred by my insurance company, so I used them. The initial phone call and the next one after that was both answered by a woman and she was very short and would cut me off/sounded annoyed. Then I watched as they drove every car around back through broken glass. Strike 2. They left broken glass in my car, and it’s missing pieces as well as pieces are broken. This place is awful.

Beyond impressed with the customer service! These days, most companies are severely lacking in the CS department, but not here, if you get Taylor!! Taylor was great from start to finish and even updated me weekly on the status of my glass (for MONTHS) Taylor went above & beyond to help with my insurance and answer ALL of my questions! Can’t sing her praises enough! Be sure to ask for Taylor, you will not be disappointed!!

Windshield was not installed properly with sub par workmanship. Having to run around and get quotes to have it fixed. Caused over 3000$ worth of damage to a brand new car. I would stay away if all possible unfortunately for us this is where our insurance company sent us to have the windshield replaced. I would have rather paid out of pocket at Acura or looked at a cracked windshield than to deal with this.

Poor quality work does not withstand any force. Windshield cracked a week after repair and the manager would not guarantee.
