I wish I could give them 0 stars.I asked the associate to disinfect the chair after she finished her last customer (I should have left then). Then she got out an eyebrow razor and started arching my brows. I asked her to thread my brows and she said that's what she does. ? I could have done my brows at home if she was going to use a razor. Then she changed me $15.00 and the sign said $12.00 for brow threading. And she had the nerve to ask me for a tip. I paid for some knowledge...To never go back there again!! I don't think anyone from the corporate office cares. I got a chance to vent and warn other people.

I've had lashes done there twice in the last 2 weeks and both times they were coming off after a couple days my lashes usually last a month. Poor quality and service. Do not recommendService: Eyelash extensions

The owner is the only one there now and does not have a cosmetology license or tattoo license to operate. She is knowingly doing waxing and skin services without any license or certifications. There is no esthetician license either.Service: Body Waxing

I love when one of the workers does my eyebrows. She does them flawlessly, I mean perfect. HOWEVER, she is never there!! She's sometimes walking around talking to other workers, or just not there at all. She leaves early all the time! Why give out your business card if you're not gonna be there when you say you will! I love when I can get eyebrows done by her but if she's never there, what's the point? I'm on the hunt for a good eyebrow artist that SHOWS UP FOR WORK.

So apparently this guy made a fake google account with my name! THIS IS THE REAL REVIEW!! Plain and simple this guy Jacob doesn’t need to do lashes at all I mean I give him plenty of tries... I only went there because my normal spot was closed. I asked to see a license and asked if he had one And he mumbled and said he does but it’s not on the wall.. I called the cosmetology board and they don’t have anyone with his name that has a license to do what he does...

The guy who works in the shop is amazing! He is very friendly, fast, and always gets my eyebrows exactly how I want them. I recommend anyone who is looking for a eyebrow or lash tech to go see him!!!
