This place has had my car since Wednesday morning last week. I was informed Wednesday evening that it will need a battery. I went on vacation and had to call them today, Monday, to ask about it. They STILL didn't even have the battery! We have another vehicle that has been serviced there and had to be taken back to actually get it fixed. Fortunately we did not get far before it broke down. I also know a local company has used them for several vehicles and only 1 oil change went well. I will never return even though it is convenient.

The back glass on my pathfinder was busted after a recent hail storm. A&E was able to get the glass in the next day and I had my car back before lunch! Excellent experience!

After they were recommended by our son we will go no where else for our vehicle repairs. They put a new engine in my car and it has never run this good. They are honest and reasonable in price.

I have a 2000 Mitsubishi eclipse bought last year 2021. My father decided to help me get the car fixed because I couldn't afford to do it. With my father's money I made the mistake of chosing A&E automotive. First repair was to the clutch, I drove on it for almost a month and then it needed repairs again. I gave this shop two thousand dollars and it still isn't fixed. They claimed to have replaced a spark plug underneath the manifold and realized I needed spark plug wires so instead of changing them then they decided to put the manifold back on charge me for the labor just to try to get me to pay them again for the same labor. I decided to do it myself and found out that they didn't even take the manifold off and replace the above mentioned plug. Needless to say that is fraud and I only hope that providing my experience will save someone else from making the same mistake I did.
