“Great switch. Jessica ( Jess) at the Hermitage location was so patient and friendly helping me switch two phones from the expensive carriers (you know V ) There are lots of steps into switching. First I was referred by a long time Cricket customer so I had confidence that I was doing the right thing ( the best service for the best value). I am a Senior Citizen so just knowing the jargon and where to find the numbers is mind blowing. Jessica and her staff walked me through the process. The V has no customer support that you can call, apps? I hate those. Now I know that Jessica will help me whenever I need help . I have a business card with her name and phone. “I was very impressed with Ms. Therese. She handled the store on her own the entire day. When I arrive that morning, there were easily 8 people waiting in line to be helped. I was 2nd in line, only to discover that my name wasn’t on the account I share with my husband, and because my phone’s issue was the SIM card, I couldn’t get onto the app to update the account with my name. Ms. Therese was apologetic and offered a few solutions but I chose to leave and come back later when I could access my account. That evening after work, I returned with my husband to get our account updated with my name. Not only did Ms. Therese recognize me, but she also remembered the specific issue going on with my phone. She helped get my name onto our account and replaced my SIM card, all while also helping another woman with 2 phones and a watch. Every time I went to the store, there were people in line, so I can assume that she was busy all day. She still provided exemplary customer service, despite being short handed. Because of her, this will be my go-to location for any needs I have with Verizon.”
