I went to a Yoga Nidra class here as well as an Ancestor Remembrance Celebration. Both events I thought were great, I was anxious about attending both events as they are outside of my normal routine but both were unique and healing experiences

Had a blast making a macrame wall hanging. Great instruction and atmosphere. Highly recommend all their programs.
