I had done a modem upgrade and just needed to return my old one. I was in and out in about 3 minutes. It was very quick and easy and I was provided a receipt as proof of return.

Not a good experience at all! Wasn't helpful... She explained my account details loudly! Even though it's an open area, I've worked in customer service before, and there a way to explain to customers about their account and return checks ( not my fault the reason why it was returned) without everyone else knowing their business. I have much more to say but I'll update very soon. Because I think things can be handled differently rather than blurting out information and embarrassing a customer! Smh.

Elvis saves the day again! I am definitely not a huge fan of Concast/Xfinity and loathe their customer service. Except for when I have been to this location. Elvis quickly cleared up my issue and helped me even though I canceled my service. I may never go back to Concast or Xfinity products, but it won’t be because of Elvis and his excellent in person service at this location.

Worst experience! I understand that they were busy but I was checked-in by a really nice woman. And I waited patiently in the store while checking for new phone and listening for my name. I noticed people who had came in after me get called before. So after a hour of waiting and felt like I had been patient enough I asked if I had been missed somehow. And the nice woman said yes and apologized but I still had to wait again for my name to be called. I waited another 15 mins and had enough and left unhappy and planning on changing both phone and internet service. The people in the back called people’s name once and low. But I am sure my name DJ was never called and hope this review gives other people a heads up on what to expect when going here. They should have a buzzer to hold like a restaurant would do.

When I arrived at the store there were eleven customers in front of me. I was told that three employees called in. I had to wait over one hour before I could turn in equipment. Employee was irritated and not friendly.

Never enough people working to help the clients in the area. Have made 3 trips in the past 2 days and still have not been able to get hep. Will have to try again later today. I received an answer from Xfinity asking for details and if I had made an appointment. I didn't know that I could make an appointment. So I did that and was I'm and out in 8 minutes. Thank you for letting me know. It definitely solved my issue.

Well, I saw the staff was very busy with the cell phone side of service. I had a short wait but what impressed me was even with a room full of customers waiting, the staff at this store is still very friendly. I see how hard they are all working and working together to move things along. Thank you for the excellent service today in the midst of bad weather and impatient customers. Well done Xfinity Store staffers. You deserve a medal today! Thanks for being there.

Extremely long wait, Not enough employees and slow as well, I was supposed to pick up my ready online order to turn out i have to wait in queue for everyone in front of me for devices maintenance!

Absolutely by far the worst company I have ever delt with as far as any thing , cant communicate with any one unless it’s a robot. Been trying to pay a small bill for months and can’t access it through the app or pay at store. Because I “ have to call billing” spent countless hours on the phone trying to get it straightened out and have gotten no where . Then they turn around and send me to collections over the 50 bucks I’ve tried to pay numerous times , they were also supposed to take a line down for wife 8 months ago and have failed to send a tech out . This company is a complete joke . The wife only worked 50% of the time and I would never recommend to any one

I bought an iPhone 15 36 days ago. I have been back to the store three times in the first 30 days because my phone was having some glitches. Supposedly it was fixed each time I went. However, it was not fixed then whenever I brought the phone back for the third time (day 34 ) i was told that i could not get a device replacement unless i paid 320$ because it had been more then 30 days and there was nothing else they could do..THE PHONE GOES INTO SOS CONSTANTLY AND IS WORTHLESS . Four days they couldnt honor good service… and at the end of it all i have a brand new iphone that is glitching to the point of not being able to use it. Im a gold member with this company been with them a very long time…. I have no complaints for my prior service but this left a very bad taste in my mouth. If it had been fixed or replaced the first two times that I had gone in and asked them to help me I wouldn’t have had to worry about it being four days over.

What a nice team of associates. Nothing about my experience was negative. My associate, Marylue was AMAZING, answered all of my questions, helped me lower my bill and make educated decisions .
