We drive all the way from downtown Nashville to Hendersonville just to use them for our dry cleaning needs. We find that they are fast, efficient and always kind. Their service is worth the travel!

I called Thursday to find out turn around time for a simple press on a brand new suit as I'm getting married on Sunday. They said they could have it done in 24hrs & I can pickup Friday/ Saturday so I brought them my suit, showed up to get it today (saturday) and they're closed. I'll never be back. Is there any way to get in touch with someone that can let me pickup my suit today?

I am a customer of this cleaners. I’ve requested no crease in jeans at every drop off. For the 5-6 time I get a pair of jeans back with a crease. Very Frustrating!

Poor customer service. When I asked about why the price of an alteration had more than doubled, I was told that I got lucky the first time and to call around and take my business elsewhere. Also I have taken a pair of pants twice to have the waist taken in, and they are still the same size after paying to have them done twice.

I like the convenience of the drive thru, location and speed of service. I was satisfied with the service until I realized they melted the plastic snaps on a duvet cover I brought in, so they no longer snap together now. Prices are absurdly high. For what I paid I could've got everything all new.

I didn’t like that the employees or manager didn’t greet me when I walked in to get service. I came in yesterday and said good afternoon and they didn’t even look up to acknowledge my presence. I then loudly said GOOD AFTERNOON again, and they barely spoke up. Once I get my clothes out-I’ll probably will not frequent this business ever again. I happen to be African American and I hope that their rudeness wasn’t because of the color of my skin, but either way-they need be grateful for customers who choose to frequent that business.
