I can’t say enough about how professional, helpful, and nice the staff is. They did everything possible to make sure I was accommodated. I rented a car from their location for two months and I never had to worry about anything crazy happening with my rental. Thankful for the staff here.

This was my first time renting a car and I was very nervous. I scheduled an appointment and Dean B was helping me with my rental. He was AMAZING! He had me all done and on the road within 20 minutes. He taught me all I needed to know about the vehicle and made me comfortable in the 'new to me' car. Thank you Dean!

I’ve been dealing with many different employees at this location for like a month now since I wreck my jeep. Everyone I’ve meet or talked to has taken great care of me! I highly recommend you rent from these guys!!!

Great experience at this location. Initially didn’t know how things would go. Received phone call @ 4:45p in regards to 5:00p reservation. Had booked a mini van but all that was available was a suburban. Reason for mini van was to accommodate 86 yr old mother. We were able to figure out a means of getting her in & out of the Sub. Both David & Caitlyn worked with us to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Which we were. Again, great customer focus at this location

Dean and the rest of the staff in Hendersonville were genuinely interested in my satisfaction and went above and beyond to ensure a positive rental experience. I highly recommend this location; I'll be back for future rentals without hesitation!

Don’t go here. The branch wants to charge retail rates of $90 a day for a repair rental! I’ve rented at other grinches for repair reasons and there are negotiated rates. I also used to work for Enterprise and they negotiate rates. So they are trying to take advantage

Enterprise Hendersonville TN is my go to place to rent a vehicle. The staff is excellent, friendly and efficient. Little to no paperwork when you arrive, price is equal or lower than other companies, and the car is ready on arrival.

The staff at the Hendersonville location was fine, but the car I received was not. I always check tire pressure before a long trip and all 4 tires were all over the map ranging from the very low 20’s up to the mid 30’s. The car also had bad front breaks resulting in a steering wheel shake under breaking from highway speeds. I tried to replace it for a new car at my destination and spent my morning on hold with customer service, went to 3 locations and wasted half a day with no results. All in all my splurge on a fun rental turned into anything but fun. Waste of time and money.

The Hendersonville, Tn. is the best in the Nashville area. Thanks to the management (Sarah) they understand what “customer service” is, and they prove it daily. I recommend this store over all other Enterprise locations, and certainly over any other rental companies.

Rented a car from Enterprise in Hendersonville TN and had a wonderful experience! The man that rented it to me and the lady that checked in out when I brought it back was so super sweet and very professional! Her name is Lauren Newman! Ask for her!
