We had made a reservation at this store, but it is closed for repairs. The workers there said they were sending people to Madison. That store is poorly run. There was one person there to help us and couldn't get to us for 20 minutes because she was having problems with the system. The poor man in front of us had waited at least that long. Then they told us even though we had a reservation they had no cars. So we never got a car. Then we called to cancel the reservation, because apparently they still didn't understand that there were no cars at that location. Terribly inefficient run business!

This was my husband’s and my first time renting from Avis. After having to travel several states for an emergency with my family, my vehicles oil light and coolant light both came on my vehicle. Also, the vehicle was not clean. Wasn’t able to see out the front and back windshield because it was filthy and the floor mats were still in the trunk. Being a cancer patient with a very low immune system you want to get in a vehicle feeling that it has been clean and sanitized!! We also want to feel good about getting to the destination that we were going to. When returning the vehicle, I brought all these issues to the attention of the employee and not even an I’m sorry or what can we do to make things right or keep your business. I felt unappreciated and just pushed to the side.My husband and I do frequently like to use rentals when going on long trips, I don’t believe Avis is one will be using again!!

Had THE BEST car rental experience at this branch!!The lady there (I think Jessica is her name) wend far and beyond to ensure i get the best deal and am satisfied!That's called true 5 star customer service!Thank again!

I made an online reservation and walked to Avis from the mechanics shop where my car was being worked on. When I got there I was informed they were sold out and there was nothing they can do. Apparently you can just reserve cars that do not exist at Avis.

I just want to say they are amazing I thought my son birthday was goin to be messed up because the main company sent out a message saying it was a 2 hour delay which would put us back a few hours on hitting the road when I tell u Mulan (spell check) was an amazing wonderful help she called me and had everything worked out for me and my family before it was time for pick up and had my day running smoothly then I went to pick up the car not knowing this was a family business and her husband was also amazing and very helpful I give dem a 20 out of 5 they really went above and beyond I will most definitely be back and I think y’all should rent from them also
