Worst store in the chain, does anyone even watch the cameras to tell how poorly it is being maintained and how the cups are always out and they never reorder enough be cause by Friday the store has no cups or no lids or no straws. Is it so hard to maintain your store? It has been worse lately more than ever. Please make to district manager or regional manager do their job and put that store back in order.

I hate to share this, but I'm a regular early morning customer and within the last month this store has gone down hill fast. I have no complaints about the staff behind the registers, all very very friendly. There used to be a lot of hot breakfast options but in the last month nothing has been available, except doughnuts, but not always. And the fountain is always hit or miss on ice. Not sure if they don't have kitchen staff available or what, but sometimes this is the only place I have time to stop before work.

Kids behind the counter tried charging me 6.00 for a a slice of cheese pizza, rolled his eyes when I told him. The place was so nasty. Shame what it’s became!

These people are SERVING FOOD with ZERO SOAP in the entire building and they clearly refuse to go across the street to Kroger to buy hand soap. And have not been provided by management any hand soap. SERVING FOOD NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS! Handling money, cleaning drink machines, not washing their hands!!!! DISGUSTING! I asked 3 employee for soap after using the restroom and they were stunned I was adamantly asking for SOAP. I'm calling the health department after I leave this review. This is ILLEGAL. This is how disease spreads!

That was 20 people standing in line backed all the way past the atm. One lady with glasses older was running both registers while one stood in the back brushing her daughter's hair and the other one on the computer. This is why I drive all the way from Harriman all the way to gallaher Weigles then all the way back to Harriman every morning because I can't stand that Weigles every time I go there it's always something. I've tried to leave this review four times already and it keeps kicking me off before I get finished they make it hard to do so nobody will give them a bad review.

I used to like going here, now I go to shell up the road. The lines are almost out the door sometimes. We’ll wait for 10 minutes in line while other associates ignore us, rather than stepping up when busy. It used to be a lot better than this, but it seems that the associates no longer care about their customers time.

I within to weigel's today because they have a no-fee ATM. So I decided when I'm there I'm going to get a single donut. I go to the counter and they say" is that all". And they just give it to me no charge... crazy awesome!

The two employees at the weigel's in midtown this evening or morning or whatever you want to call it were absolutely phynominal. The manager "Kayla" took the time to go into the back and retrieve the "White Chocolate Carmel" my absolute favorite! Most other employees just glance under the counter... To no avail. to follow up tonight the store employee "Rita" was exceptional at her job and extremely attentive to the cleanliness of the trays in the case to better serve the public. I know it may not count for much but I feel, that these employees should be rewarded for their willingness to go above and beyond their job description to provide in their eyes and mine, outstanding service to the average passer by. So thank you for all your hard work!
