“The USPS located on Milligan hwy, Milligan TN is the most friendliest and is personally my favorite United States post office that I like to visit anytime bc it's the closest to my house and I think they are one of the smaller locations in my area, but it is not always open due to lunch and the postal workers that work there take a break and lunch and then they reopen so make sure you check their hours before going to their location, but I guarantee you the experience will be very satisfied with the low traffic and of course you can run into a line but I have never waited like I have at other locations in my area. ??? I think y'all deserve the recognition of the friendliest and trustworthy USPS and won't be like visiting the bigger postal locations.”

“This is easy and and easy out it's got a nice parking area it's a nice flat service on the way up to the door also a handicap ramp up to the door low one. Has 24-hour mailbox inside and a standard street mailbox on the outside. You have to be careful looking left and right when you leave the parking lot but there is a central island where you can drive into to avoid traffic coming from either directions their traffic isn't heavy there either. The personnel behind the counter our friendly and accommodating you can get stamps or window service with the receipt mailed and printed out. The parking lot is always nice and clean and it's got plenty of entrance and exit space also.”

But, I have never been treated rude and they have gone way out of their way to help me get my mail and packages the way I want them delivered. Thank you Butler Post Office! You rock! ?”
“I'd give 10/10 ? if I could. I've had 2 package deliveries on 2 seperate occasions that for whatever reasons never made it to my door. I contacted the Elizabethton post office & he fixed it to where my packages were redelivered on the same day. In today's world it's rare someone goes above & beyond to help another person. This place is the exception! Hard workers & they actually care & it shows in how well they do their job! Keep up the great work!”
