“Im not tech savvy at all, didnt even plan on going in cricket or trying them. Went in on a whim, and Amad gave the best customer service Ive ever had in my life. Any store. He wasnt pushy, at all either. Considering Id just left boost mobile a few blocks away, that guy at boost that kind of looks like a tall Steve urkel, was rude, ignorant pertaining to his job, and I had to leave. In Cricket, Amad answered all my questions, bent over backwards to help, and I left with better than I'd came in desiring, and payed much less. Service is great, support is great, If I could give that guy Amad a 50 out of 5 I would. Lastly, get this....I even tried to tip the man, for going out of his way to make me feel valued...on top of having and catering to two or three other customers by himself...Corporate; Id keep my eye on this guy if I were you. Guy's got board of directors written all over him. Top prospect if I ever seen one. Thank ya so much Amad. God bless you.”

“Great switch. Jessica ( Jess) at the Hermitage location was so patient and friendly helping me switch two phones from the expensive carriers (you know V ) There are lots of steps into switching. First I was referred by a long time Cricket customer so I had confidence that I was doing the right thing ( the best service for the best value). I am a Senior Citizen so just knowing the jargon and where to find the numbers is mind blowing. Jessica and her staff walked me through the process. The V has no customer support that you can call, apps? I hate those. Now I know that Jessica will help me whenever I need help . I have a business card with her name and phone. Better than the machines and online BS. I highly recommend ( especially for seniors) to drop by and ask for Jessica.”

“My telephone was doing weird things. It was calling telephone numbers without my doing it. I went to the metro store in Gallatin TN spoke to David the manager. He was very happy to help . David checked all of my account settings, he assured me that all of our account and numbers are secure. He informed me what it would take to clone a phone and make random calls. I was very happy with the way he addressed my problem. And I was satisfied that his assurance was enough. David was great! He was personable, professional, fast, patient and overall a super guy!
