Have to give them a 3 star due to the fact they made me wait until the very last to get unloaded and there were plenty of open
docks available. Then they wanted me to get into one of the hardest docks they had on top of a hill. Had to blind side back as well ( I really hate blindsiding ) but the fork lift operator was a super nice fella had me unloaded in about 20 minutes.. I truly hope I never have to go there again . Overnight parking is limited If you go in late night due to that damn associated grocery warehouse

Call the number when you first arrive. Then if you have to deliver to the building on the hill you have to wait if there is a truck in the dock as there's no room for two trucks up there.

Strange place. To get a dock you have to call the number in the photograph, but if they're on the other line the phone just hangs up on you, so I attempted to call twice a minute for 10 minutes before finally getting through. Then they ask for a 5-digit appointment number, which is different from any number on my delivery info sheet. Dock 15 up the hill is fine if you're the only truck there, would be tight if you have to share the space. Overnight parking is available on the wide road leading up to the address. Parking in the parking lot at the warehouse is do-able but there are many parking spaces and hard to tell which belong to which business, so if you guess wrong plan on getting an early wake-up knock. Street 1/2 mile before destination would be better. After unload the forklift driver came out to give signed BOL but then, almost as an afterthought, he wrote down my truck's license plate and/or DOT number, which I have NEVER had a consignee do before and I thought this was very strange. He offered no explanation.

The office is on one side of ramp 38, you have to first call the contact phone number, and they will ask you for a 5-digit number, and they will assign you a ramp.
