My favorite place to get my manicure and pedicure. I have been going here for 4 years and wouldn’t ever switch! They do a great job & the nails always last longer than anywhere else I have gone. Great customer service, Fair price , and amazing team and owners!

When I checked in for my 12:00 appointment today I was approached by the person who checked while waiting to be seated, she stated that I complained about a previous service years ago, wanted to know if I wanted the service. I explained that I had not been there in years and that I was not who she was referring to she went back and forth with me saying that I was. She said that she remembered me, when I asked what color way hair sine she so adamantly stated that it was me but she couldn't remember, well I don't know how she could not remember if it was me. She stated that she remember that color I used. Now at the time that I was there the salon did not carry the polish tgat I wear, then preceeded to say she remember my finger nails/toenails. How is that possible? I asked her if other women use the same polish, she said yes. I was baffled by her response and one again told her that it eas not me. Then she asked if I Wanted the service. I spoke to a gentleman asking to speak to to speak to a manager or owner and he told me the manager was not there nor the owner. As I was speaking to the gentleman and telling him that it was not me a customer he was servicing began to roll her eyes at me and asked "then why would she say that?" Which was a great question and I too would wanted to know the answer. My response to her was "I don't know why she was speaking to me because she had nothing to do with what was going on. I guess she decided she would be "Karen" today. Needless to say I no longer wanted the service due to what had occurred and decided to leave. To say the least this was the most uncomfortable situation I have ever encountered. Although I did not frequently visit the salon but was always pleased I guess she thinks that all BLACK women look alike. And furthermore if I was displeased why would I return after not coming there for years? After all this not the only nail salon in Memphis! I will definitely NEVER RETURN!!

No matter who I see here they always do a great job! I drive past several salons in order to get their dip manicure- which is the perfect thickness for me. They also do a very relaxing pedicure and the chairs are great :) ? ? ? ? ?

Only went in to have my nails taken off, so I can't speak for any other services done here, but it was not an impressive experience.. Fairly long wait (would have been understandable if they were crazy busy), and both people that did my 1 service were a bit rough with my hands. Ended up with acetone trickling down onto a cut on my hand several times, and I was told to pay them via cashapp before they would do my clear coat? Overall, just a really odd experience. Probably won't be back ?
