WORST EXPERIENCE, I did online checkin and arrived at 6.50 pm at this location. Closing time is 7 pm. I see the hair stylist inside. Absolutely no courtesy... shame on them. The door was locked and she did not even see and tell me they no longer take near closing time. Pathetic experience. I WILL AVOID THIS LOCATION FOR ALL COSTS.. SHAME ON THEM..

I called before coming and the lady who answered said they if I come before 7, they will take me in. I reached at 6;50 and was told that they are closed. They should have told me that before I drove there for 20 mins to get there

Checked in online. Walked in and Candice, who was very friendly, sat me at her station almost immediately. She did a great job on my hair. Hair stylists are well trained and seem to be able to duplicate the same results of a great haircut, even though you may get a different hair technician each visit. They take pride in doing a good job on your hair every time. I am particular and they don’t mind if you need a bit more adjustment in the “final touch “.They do not rush your cut even when busy. I’m pleased with the service and price is competitive with Super Cuts.

They have this lovely young Her Dresser, she is amazing. I let her cut my hair the way she see fit my style. I left Happy with a smile. Her name is Candice Great Clips 7716 Poplar Ave, Germantown TN 38018

Cherika and Stephanie are so funny! I had a fantastic experience getting my haircut last night. I came in right before they close so I didn't expect to be treated so friendly by these two amazing individuals. Cherika was the one that cut my hair and did an amazing job.

They deserve 0 rating. Today morning went for haircut they don’t even respect their customers and they don’t know how to do hair cut. Previously there were good staff they are very friendly n polite people but these people are terrible. Please change your staff or tell them to handle customers with patience n politely. Please do respect people.
