Going on vacation, dropped 2 NEW shirts off. Was told when to pick up on Wednesday , came by Wednesday, there were not there? I was told my shirts were sent back because there was a spot that didn’t come out, THEY WERE BRAND NEW! There wasn’t anything on them. Online it said they are open till 5. I started calling them at 4:46 to tell them I would be there right at 5 for pick up. They.don’t.answer.their.phone. The lady that works on Wednesday was rude. Thursday morning lady was about the same. What’s wrong with y’all??? I specifically bought these shirts for vacation and brought to you with plenty of time to have laundered. They are brand new so I KNOW there were no spots on them. Thursday afternoon lady was rude AF. Next time I’ll wash on the gentle cycle and lay out to dry. I won’t be back ever again. Dry cleaners are everywhere. $18 for two polo shirts to be LAUNDERED? But the biggest letdown is the lack of customer service and ATTITUDE. I realize we are in Memphis but I didn’t expect all that it in Germantown.

Professional staff and great service! Always courteous. The clothing come back perfect. They also have a seamstress that does outstanding work!!

Decent service from grumpy people. What's really annoying and evidence of management not paying attention: the hours posted with vinyl numbers on the window have not been updated in the 3 yrs since being changed. All they need is a razor blade and a clue.

Germantown Cleaners DESTROYED my dance dress!!! I had to pay AGAIN to get it recleaned and it is 2 very different colors of brown. The owner, JODIE, REFUSED to return ANY of my 5 calls / notes / visits!!! He is TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE for DESTROYING a $95 ballroom dance dress plus charging me $24!!! Never use them!!!

This place is a joke. They ruined by brand new shirts. Each shirt was $200+ from Oak Hall in Memphis. Sent them in for regular dry cleaning and got the items pictured back. Unbelievably poor dry cleaning. Worst to date. Stay away from these guys!Service: Delivery
