Henry and the GM were completely amazing they both went above beyond for me. I walked literally a mile down the street. They went out there away after figuring my battery died to get me the right battery and drove me back to get my battery replaced car was running like gold again! The GM I forgot his name he was older black gentleman with glasses. Please if autozone corporate is seeing this give these guys and kinds of ppl like this raises opportunity to grow in your company. Amazing staff love the customer service 20/20

Customer service far greater than expected by Jeb and Mr. Eric. We were traveling from out of town and had car issues. They went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. Wish they were in our hometown. Auto zone has always treated us well but this customer experience made us fans for life. Go see the guys on Poplar in Germantown, TN!

Yes I was in this store a couple weeks back and heard the store manager talking badly of his employees. I have been coming to this location for years and have meet several of the store managers over those years. He is very disrespectful and unprofessional! If something isn’t done then this store will go under. You need someone in retail that friendly, professional and knows their job! Auto Zone do better!

This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST FOR ONLINE PICKUP ORDERS! There’s been a few times where I had to order from this location because the other two locations I go to might not have what I’m looking for. Today, I placed an online pickup order at 12pm and fast forward to 5:40pm and ITS STILL NOT READY FOR PICKUP! I had to call customer service to have them cancel it. There’s absolutely no excuse that it’s been over 4hrs since placing the order and it’s still not ready for pickup. This isn’t the first time that’s happened at this location either. There’s absolutely no way that they’re “that busy”. They probably see the online orders come in and just turn a blind eye to them for a few hours because they’re too lazy to get them ready for pickup. All I had was two items, no excuse at all. I will never go to this location again, period!

The African-American lady working in the Germantown store tonight (Friday April 5th) refused to check me out and displayed a very poor attitude. She checked out the customers in front of me. She started to check me out, however, when I said that I did not want the warranty on what I was buying and that I just wanted to be on my way she refused to help me and insisted that I check myself out. She continued to insist that I check myself out even after my telling her several times that I didn't want to do that. I'm 70 years old and don't do self check out lines. If one of my employees treated a customer in this manner I would fire them on the spot.

I just came in for washer fluid at 7:05pm on 4/22 and this is the second time I was treated rudely in this same manner and the sales Manger on duty was very pushy/rude. I set my stuff on the counter to check out, and she grabbed the items walked them and set them at the self checkout and was trying to scan them. I tried to stop her and explain that I could not use the self checkout because I was going to use my employee discount. She then persisted that I didn't need to do that that because I was going to barley save a dollar so I again said I would still like to use my employee discount she then pushed again telling me she would just still put on the courtesy discount. I said I would still like to use my employee discount and then she rudely demanded if I had my ID for proof. I said yes I did. Also note she did not have her name badge on so I could not get her name. Then she grabbed the stuff and checked me out.
