Very decent grocery store to stock up your vacation rental when you come to the mountains near Gatlinburg. We especially liked this location because we didn't have to drive through the constant traffic jam of downtown Gatlinburg to get here.

If you're a tourist looking for some decent groceries for vacation, don't shop here. They're overpriced and everything I bought went bad within 2 days. Bagels smelled like mold right out of the bag. We went in to Walgreens on the parkway the next day and found a similar assortment for about $2 cheaper per item.

Employee in the meat department had no personality and a lady watching the self checkouts was just rude. The high prices are expected with little competition nearby.

Drove here from Heritage trail condo. The place is huge and have so many varieties of ready to cook food. Place was bit expensive. But than again inflation is soaring high. Pandemic and higher wages have to increase the prices. But if you are accommodating kind, they have sale circular up front. I bought store brand cheese instead brand name cheese. What the hell after two glasses of wine, i wouldn't taste the difference. People were very helpful and friendly

Food City in Gatlinburg is a lovely store with great food food, and incredibly friendly staff. Our cashier was Rose and she was warm, welcoming, thorough, and amazingly gentle and bagged our groceries with an attention to detail that astounded me! Kind people, like Rose, is exactly what our world needs!

Everyday on my lunch break from work I go here for lunch. My five star review is in regards to the florist at Food City. I really took a chance on them due to the excellent customer service of the floral manager, Deedra. I didn't want to pay outrageous prices for my bouquet for my wedding elopement, Food City was economical and still magnificent. All other Gatlinburg florists had extremely high prices for fresh flowers. Deedra was enthusiastic, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She really took customer service to another level. We went back-and-forth on my colors and preferences and I actually gave her some creative freedom which turned out amazing. I will agree with some other reviews that the lines were extremely long to purchase, but it was a weekend in a tourist town.

Tourist town and really busy. Store was crowded. Food selection was great. Although store has hectic the staff was patient. My checker was Abigail, sweet smile and very professional. Try to get there before 3:00 because that's after cabin check in. Say hi to Abigail she will brighten your day

Since it’s a busy holiday weekend in Gatlinburg, we tried to beat the crowds early & found we were hungry for lunch just as we hit the parking lot. What a GREAT selection of prepared food at the bar b que tent! The smoked sweet corn, pulled pork & brisket were amazing! Thanks Junior! Your team is is TOP NOTCH!!

Gas n go--,was the most rude person ever Someone threw a drink out of their car and it go on my windshield and driver door and I was using the cleaner they provided with the brush to clean it up while my husband was pumping gas and the man working walked over and told me that there was a car was down the road and told me to go use it. How RUDE !!! I went on to tell him I was trying to get the sticky stuff off my door and he told me that it wasn't a car wash go down the street and use it. as he was walking off he preceded to yell out go use the car wash. I will never spend my money at that place again I had rather drive 30 miles to another gas station
