  Mr. Tom. Best costumer service ever. I came with cellphone bad screw need it to remove ,he did fix my issue did also go above and behind . I’m so thank full for great costumer service .   Not knowledgeable about phone repairs. Seem like the turn it off and turn it back on of phone repairs.

  Although they couldn't fix my phone because of part being out he was so helpful and told me next best thing to do about getting it fixed was to upgrade to newer version so that was nice since I had not thought of that. Thanks for your help
