0 stars, go ANYWHERE else but here. I have never been so dissatisfied with a company. Customer service (the one lady who answers the phone) is rude and condensing, and the actual car-washing services provided are subpar, to say the least. Fraudulent transactions and incompetent employees are all you will get from Wash N' Roll Car Wash.

See pic for what $28 gets you here. Twenty. Eight. Dollars. Entire sections of my car on all sides look completely dirty still. Safari on New Shackle in Hville has a $6 wash that beats the bejesus out of this nonsense.

I'm ready to change car wash services.
EVERYTIME I go to the vacuum area (Gallatin Rd. near Kroger Marketplace) either there is low or no pressure, or the head pops off.
Very fruatrating, so I have to change spots.
Us it too much to ask for you to keep your equipment in good working order? Dang

It's the best self service and automated car wash I've seen. Still doesn't get it as clean as a hand wash but it's close.

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to and I've probably been through hundreds of car washes in my lifetime. The entire right side of my vehicle was still dirty and after further inspection, it appears it was completely untouched. This was the 2nd time it happened. I called the company to advise of such and requested a refund. I even offered to send photos of my car AFTER the car wash. The representative put me on hold and never came back on the line. I called back, they put me back on hold, then hung up on me. This is 2024. You can't get away with this nonsense and expect to stay in business much longer. These reviews will be read!!!

I paid $28 for their “best” car wash. It was NOT good; I had to scrub bird crap off my windshield after. Their sign is crazy- they aren’t responsible for cars older than 3 years old?! I will say their vacuum pressure is really good but go down the road to Mister Carwash instead. It’s cheaper and better.

This car wash is by far the worst I have experienced. Previously, I frequented the one nearby, but the unpleasant odor and superior cleaning performance led me here. However, it is evident that the staff prioritize profit over service quality. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated that I am unable to cancel my membership. If possible, I would give this establishment zero stars and express my dissatisfaction with their lackluster service and indifferent employees. ?

Solid car wash, a little tight getting in the entry for a full size truck. Reasonable prices. Free vacuums.
