I purchased a travel trailer from Greg Kneedler, General Manager of Vic Jenkins Automotive on 03/14/2024 and have had nothing but problems. The biggest issue is the water damage due to an undisclosed accident. It was Greg’s personal travel trailer that he sold on the Vic Jenkins Automotive lot. He even went so far as to slap a “Car Fax Report” sticker (see attached photo) on the window as if it had been certified. When asked for the Car Fax Report I was told it was only for cars and not travel trailers. I should have known this guy was shady. Do yourself a favor and avoid Vic Jenkins Automotive.

Do not take your vehicle to the collision center. They will not update you on your vehicle, if in fact you call for updates they will lie. They will take much longer to do any and all repairs with no apologies given. They will take it upon themselves to do repairs you didn’t not authorize and you have to pay for. They will over charge you and say something small took 13 hours when there is NO possible way it took that long. Please I urge you to take your car for repairs anywhere else. Please don’t let them steal your hard earned money. This company is a scam!

Nasty guy on the phone. Asked a few questions about engine concerns and told me they couldn’t help and take to another dealer. Almost yelling on the phone. It’s not that serious. Guy needs a chill pil.

What a great place to get your car serviced. Honest and trustworthy. Ford told me I needed brakes. Took my car to Vic Jenkins and after inspection of my brakes I have 50% on the front and 35% on the rear. All done at No Charge. Will definitely be back for any other service concerns .

Dan was absolutely wonderful! The collision department did an outstanding job on my 2018 MKX Lincoln. I was updated on the repairs and my vehicle looks brand new!!! Very pleased I highly recommended Dan at Vic Jenkins Collision!!!

The staff are just so helpful and friendly! I went in for a car rental because my car was at the mechanic's. I had to rent the car for a few days extra and they were alright with it. If you need a local rental 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend!!

I had a wreck and filed a claim and had my vehicle sent here. Since getting it back I’ve had nothing but issues, front right wheel bearing had to be replaced, and the suspension trailing arm was bent and held on with one bolt which was sheared off. I PAID TO HAVE ALL OF THESE THINGS FIXED!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last dealership in the state of Tn. I’m beyond livid, it’s miracle I didn’t wreck again.

Great place friendly staff and excellent service. Called one afternoon and they took me in the next morning. As it was an extensive job they set me up with a rental and had the car done right when they said it would be. Scott and Travis are anout the best I've ever dealt with.
