My 16 year old daughter was in need of an oil cap and oil for her car. Carson was beyond helpful. He ordered her an oil cap, filled her oil and was dedicated to making sure she knew when she could pick up her item along with the size of her engine. Very educational experience for a young driver. He also called me later so I could let her know her debit card was in the safe. It had fallen out in the parking lot. This mom is grateful for the people that work at the Gallatin location and especially Carson! They always treat us with such respect and go beyond our expectations. Tonight was normal in the way they handle their customer service, it is awesome when " normal " is exceptional!
