I needed a short term rental while we were having work done in our garage. The office manager was very helpful in us choosing the right size unit. She was also very helpful during us leaving. Excellent experience all the way around.

iStorage has been a wonderful partner with us. They've been super flexible with late/unexpected changes from our carriers, and are always quick to respond and help out. I would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs a reliable storage partner!

Insurance offered is a scam. You can have your homeowners cover your stuff in storage, but istorage will still charge you for insurance on your first month automatically. Then, after two months, raised my rent by 50% AND started charging me for insurance again. I called and they said they would stop charging me but would not refund the two months of insurance they charged me in error! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I am so angry at this storage place. I was late paying after moving an honestly I didn’t even know the due date thought maybe the 17th well I was wrong my fault it was the 7th I answered an email sent to my that it would be paid sat. morning after my direct deposit hit. Return email that’s fine. I went in on Friday afternoon and asked if she would allow me in for 5 minutes to grab an item I was selling for z$400. Nope can’t do . I said I will be rite hear to pay you just 5 minutes. Lost out on that $400 and 375 more thru the afternoon. I go to auctions and bid then sell the items. Anyway went saterday pain in ful just went to my storage and gate key doesn’t work pulled over by the office closed closed tomorrow called corporate. They don’t see any notes. There’s no problem but only that manager can lift the key while you’ve got to be kidding me I’ve got to get in there couldn’t help me someone to drive through. I drove through there’s no warning no email no phone call is why there’s no problem with me. My storage got up but I’m missing again on money because I can’t get to my stuff so stay away from this place at all cost and the lady in the office is rude very very rude. She’s in trouble of everything because she lives right above the storage area, usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I’m so mad right now because I’m missing out on a lot more money

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean nice-looking place. Really big facility. Little hard to find from the main road. It sits on a hill surrounded by trees and only a small sign out front. There used to be a Dollar General that sat in front of this local years ago. Istorage is behind that old Dollar General location.

The customer service representative were patient and understanding with our situation. Find another storage place. Let’s start off with the fact in the website said they were open. It’s Thursday. The customer representatives were also extremely confused on why it was closed if Istorage should have been open. This was very frustrating especially since we had made arrangements to pay at the office to an office that wasn’t even open in the first place. We door a far distance to get to a business that was closed. Maybe update your business hours so no one else has to end up with this unpleasant experience.

I was a Navy wife and we used civilian storage facilities many times over a 30 year career and this facility managed by Stephanie has been one of the best storage experiences we have had. She is consistently responsive, helpful, and always courteous. Highly recommend this facility!
