Blaring over speakers in conveniece store how our employees wear masks. Seriously? Clerk had her mask hanging down hugging her chin. Ugh!

I come to this station because it is in my neighborhood and I want to give back to people who work in my area.... The gas is usually 50 cents per gallon higher than most stations in the area so I use the rewards program to help justify my using the gas for giving back to the area where I live. Today the pump didn’t even offer the rewards program and I went in and said something about it to the manager. She said it was Shell’s problem, for which I was extremely disappointed in her taking no responsibility. I use to manage a Shell Station in Atlanta and I know the station owns the pumps. Shell sells them the gas only!! Actually each time a load of fuel comes in the price of gas should change if the station is being true to their customers because the price is based on the oil markets. The station should be marking up the price at the same price point if they are being honest with their customers!!! This stations price stays about the same within a few cents even though the price of oil may be changing drastically on the market!!’ Sometimes when good customer service is compromised we all lose!!!
