Stopped in and was greeted by Richard right away. Told him what I was looking for and he said they didn’t have them in the store but checked to see they were available online. They were so he went above and beyond to show me what they would be like and brought me many pairs to try on and explain the differences. I bought 2 pair and they were delivered a couple of days later and I am glad I bought 2 pairs. Very comfortable. Thank you Richard!

In my every airport adventure I love seeking out the Johnston and Murphy store! Yet the trip to store 1704 in Washington DC I had Blessilda Fundanera help me and she was absolutely amazing. Great experience and amazing customer service!

I've been a fan of J&M products for years. This review is about the Cool Springs store. I've been there twice and helped by Josh. What fantastic service! Josh is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Truly top tier customer service. It's refreshing to see in this day.

I needed a pair of “rainy day†waterproof business shoes. Nick went right to a black cap-toe that fit the bill perfectly. Sizing and everything else was easy and professional.

Stopped in tonight to browse Men's shoes. Found some nice wingtips and asked for a size. The gentleman was extremely nice and quickly grabbed me a couple sizes to make sure I got the right fit. He assisted my with a shoe horn and kneeled down and tied the shoe on my foot. While it may sound minuscule, this is a level of expert customer service you do not come across in any shoe store these days. I was thoroughly impressed. They didn't have my size in the color I wanted so he ordered it for me quickly. This was the perfect shoe shopping experience. It's no wonder Mr. Rose is the store manager because he knows what it takes to be the best he can be at what he does. I have never owned anything from this brand before but just this experience alone has made me want to return for more soon. Thanks again, Josh.
