“Just want to say this is not only a great grocery store, but a wonderful place to shop because of the employees. I was having a tough day and was telling the cashier Stefani about it. She gave me some peanut butter cups and told me to hang in there. It was just the pick me up that I needed. What a wonderful place to work, and you have my business indefinitely.”

“Very good food...but their tacos in the morning the tortillas are not very hot and are a little hard...I recommend that you arrive a little after 8am...because at that time they just start putting out all the food... .”

“I love Fox's Grocery! I grew up going there with my family for gas and groceries and true Southern hospitality. My brothers and I loved their candy window! This is a very unique country store owned by very good people--a real gem. I try to go visit when I come back to Tennessee, and it always warms my heart to be there. Also, they have delicious sandwiches!”

“Outstanding order ahead/catering service! Used them for a party and everyone loved the food! The prosciutto skewers, dips and cheese platter were a hit! Cuban Mojo Sliders were all gone and regular sandwich slider assortment was great! They have deviled eggs and they were okay. Little Bundt cakes were delicious and the mini fruit tarts all disappeared. Food was delicious and you can't beat the price. Plus Publix Staff is helpful and really got our order out quick to us!”

“For the typical shopper they had a great variety of the upper-middle end of the grocery market ;)For us, Walmart still had greater gluten free and dairy free options.”

“Absolutely love the choices. They have with their coffee and what you can do with it as far as grinding it up to your choice. Having the flavored coffee is a nice thing. And all their food is very fresh that you can take out the door and eat right away.”

“The parking here was plentiful. This store, like the other Publix I went to, is very clean, organized, and pleasant to be in. The employees were also helpful and kind.I felt like the produce quality was better here. Maybe it just wasn't as picked over as the other Publix. They also had a wider variety of ice cream options compared to the other location. Prices still high of course but I left happy, with produce and ice cream!”

“This place is much cheaper than Publix with most items. I also got vaccinated at Kroger and they were able to give me a second vaccination card even after I lost mine. The hot wheel selection is also great. I like most of the employees as well!”

“Kenny and Patrick are the absolute best. They know their customers, and are very dedicated to this store. This store could not run as great as it does without those two. Definitely hope either one or both of them are promoted to manager. They have what it takes to continue giving the great service they give to our neighborhood Mapco. So thankful for these guys, and their hard work should never go unnoticed.”

“I love this place. I just wish I could get there more often. They even have goat options. The food is always great and if you like spice they will give it to you. It's not generic American Indian food. It is the real deal. The grocery store has some awesome stuff you cannot find anywhere else too.”

“3.5 - 4 Not sure how I missed this store - so close to home...but I'll not miss it again. One the plus side (3.5) prices for gas (Shell) are consistent with fuel prices across Franklin. In other words....generally higher than at neighboring stations in some surrounding areas and not even close to big discount chains like Costco, Walmart, etc. However, if you are a member of the Shell Rewards program, you can get a substantial discount. Usually from 5 - 10 cents per gallon -- and with certain specials as much as 30 cents per gallon. Access off Rt 96 is easy in-out, depending on traffic (which can be bustling at times). Inside the store. BIG Plus (4)...clean, well-stocked, large selection of snacks and some pre-made (some) hot items like breakfast biscuit or muffin, donuts, roller bar selections, hot subs (I haven't tried those yet.) In addition, plenty of cold drinks and ... the reason I stopped today....hot coffee is available. I'm partial to Colombian brews and the Nariño is rich and flavorful. They also have a "Sugar Cane Process Decaf". Not, no aded sweetener, but a "natural decaf" process that uses EA (Ethyl Acetate) made from sugar cane. Clean interior and very congenial staff. I'll post photos next time I stop.”

“This is the Kroger that I use all the time. Great staff. I wasn’t sure where a specific item was today and couldn’t find it. I very quickly found an associate to point me in the right direction. Great management and great product selection.”

“I went to the store at approximately 11:15 on Saturday February 10th to buy a phone charger. I asked the cashier where they were. The young man came out from behind the register to help me find the correct ones that would work on my phone. He even showed me another one that was slightly more expensive but was a fast charging one. He was so polite and and had such a great attitude. I hope the store manager appreciates him. I sure do!”

“Wow. I was impressed! Kroger has generally ranked about 2nd on my list of favorite grocery stores to shop. But that is about to change. In some ways upon entering, this particular store reminded me a bit of the display entrance at Whole Foods. But it's not that. Nevertheless, the produce displays appear fresh and brightly lighted. Aisles of caned and other packaged goods are filled. Beer and wine are plentiful. The store's deli is good, the cheese array is excellent, the meat and seafood counter are both well-stocked. Since there are other grocery stores closer to my home, I'll likely not shop this on e very often, but if you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping and shopping.”

“We love this Publix. The store is clean, nicely maintained, the aisles are spacious and well organized. The people are very friendly and helpful. For a smaller Publix, there's a really impressive variety of products. They're not always 100% on keeping things stocked - sometimes an item will have to stay on the list from one trip to the next, and the occasional side trip to Kroger or a larger Publix is required, but not very often. Most of the Publix brand options are quite good, a few not so much. For example, coming from Texas, where the salsas are plentiful and delicious, it was a little hard to find our new "house" salsa. I was buying the wife Pace, and when she tried Pace next to Publix hot salsa, she pronounced Pace bad and Publix the one to buy. Bonus tip, Publix queso is pretty danged tasty as well. So handy to pick up freshly made pizza dough in the bakery for a dinner treat. On the other hand, Publix tissues are a little too cardboardy, and the frozen veggies can be hit or miss. But I find it not a big deal to try and learn what the quality products and deals are. I generally trust Publix brand items more than any other grocery. I might give them a 4 star review, but when I tired of making a regular trip to a Kroger just to pick up an item Publix didn't carry, I mentioned it to them, and they thanked me for being a loyal customer and promptly started stocking it. Between the wide selection, their willingness to carry the products you want, the cleanliness and friendliness of the store, it would be silly not to give them 5 stars.”
