“I have always loved Macy's, drove 30+ miles to the Cool Springs store. So frustrating to find cute tops but not full range of sizes. After 5 tries of " you can order it online" and "closest store that has it is near The Villages in FL", I gave up. Next time I will save the gas, order online and return if I have to.”

“We enjoyed our shopping trip together. There was one particular male cashier that was absolutely incredible & took such great care of us, we were quite impressed with him! We had more shopping to do & went away feeling valued.↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓After we finished our other shopping there was an extremely, long wait in line & when it was our turn to be checked out the other male cashier that was due to take care of us was downright rude & started helping someone who wasn't even in line & the someone that he allowed to cut in front of us asked to cancel their transaction so they could go look at other things & afterwards that cashier told us to come on up, {at the same exact time the other cashier that was so wonderful to us was available & we quickly went to his register!!!}.The one cashier was absolutely marvelous & the other one was the extreme, exact opposite!!!We didn't let that one bad occurrence with the one rude & lacking cashier ruin our shopping trip.The great cashier that really knows how to treat his customers & who is doing such an awesome job made up for the awful behavior of the other one!!!”

“I have to say how disturbing things were yesterday in line when my husband and I were waiting in line to check out. I don't think people praise enough when it comes to retail associates and this is why I'm writing this review. It's a brand new year and I think people need to accept what is and if not change their attitude because if they continue on a path of destructiveness or, a constant poking at someone eventually someone is going to get upset. I'm writing this review because it needs to be said. Yesterday, my husband and I were waiting in line as I stated in my above paragraph and normally I don't write a review but my husband and I decided that we need to speak up. The store was not busy yesterday and we love shopping here and we do quite a bit. In fact, I think my husband chops here more than I do but that's neither here nor there Yesterday we were in line, and there was about seven of us in line, and this guy was being very aggressive to two women that were standing at the end close to the door. he was slamming them because he wanted to return furniture and was told he can return it at any store. The first woman who looked like a manager said to him "I'm sorry we just don't have the space to hold your furniture you'll have to go back to the store you purchased it" he was not having that, and he became very aggressive, and very nasty with both women. The one woman walked away, but she was very calm, Cool and collected as was the other girl. I get it can't find enough help and with the weather, you can't get enough help to come into work. But I have to praise both women because they handled themselves with class and respecting one another, and they stood their ground with a calm and collected manner. The associate would not tell me the managers name rightfully so it's really none of my business but I did get the other girls name. It started with a J that's all I could remember but I will continue to shop here, but what I didn't like was this guy's behavior thinking that he can come into a store any store and dominate not only a conversation but he was or shall I say my husband said his behavior was inexcusable. We will continue to shop here. But I will praise both women yesterday they were incredibly kind not only to him, but I've seen them before, and they are always that way when I come in.”

“Great place to shop, especially after the revamp of the stores. The Walmart app also provides aisle finding which is a convenient way to find things that you are looking for. Dunkin Donuts have opened a store inside Walmart which is a plus.”
“My family and I were visiting from florida, we came in to this location and was so astonished by how organized and neat everything was displayed. We went in for dog food and left with a whole cart of items!! Rex and his fellow female employee were super nice and very helpful ! Definitely should give them two a raise ! They're working too hard !”
