Ryan was on his 4th day of training and he was amazing . He was able to transfer all my information in a timely manner . The store manager,Amber, was very helpful with additional information .She dropped my old phone in the mail to be returned to the insurance company.

“My phone overheated the first day I got it. The woman at the Alcoa store (Carman) gave me a very hard time and lied to me and told me that the Lenoir City had the phone and would help after me explaining to her that I had to exchange at the store I bought it from. She said it was owned by the same person and it was okay. I drove 40 minutes and a very nice man confirmed he could not exchange my phone and called her and she changed her story on the phone.”

The Kingston Pike store has been my favorite to work with since it opened…I think that was a few years ago.Casey, who I met years ago and Jimmy in the last year, are awesome. They both get 10+ stars for customer service. Jimmy Mullins…I have worked with the most in the last year, he has helped me 4 times as well as two others in my extended family. His technical skills are incredible and I appreciate his support and that he is very kind to me…a non-geek! Who understands nothing about technology! And prefers a landline any day..lol.Most recently he helped me upgrade my phone and my account. He listened carefully to what my needs are for a phone.He is professional, respectful, honest and never pushy. If you have a problem he works patiently until it is resolved. If he tells you something, you can rely on it. These guys are top notch and bring all their best attributes the the cellphone market. They help make USCellular the success story that it has become.”

1059 US-321, Lenoir City“I went into Verizon yesterday to open a new account because I’m going through a divorce, and met with Lloyd. I already knew what I wanted, so he didn’t have to sell me on anything, and I figured I would just walk out with what I asked for and be done.
Instead, what I got was a genuine conversation with someone who treated me as a person instead of commission. I got some valuable life advice for not only what I’m going through, but just life in general. He also made sure I got the best value for all the things I was asking for, which was just an extra bonus on top. It wasn’t just the best Verizon experience I’ve ever had, but potentially the best retail experience I’ve ever had, and he’s got a Verizon customer for life.
If you need to go to this store, he told me he starts work at 1:00pm on Tuesdays. I highly suggest looking for Lloyd.”

My daughter had took it outside and I didn’t know it till after it started pouring the rain and bye the time I got it , it was ruined . Went in the following day and got a new one with no problem. They were kind and very understanding. Thank you for your help and yes I learned my lesson with my daughter getting my phone . Thanks Brandon and Kelsey .”
