My husband and I purchased a new 2023 Ford F150 with less than 100 miles. Everyone at Ford Elizabethton was eager to get us into this vehicle and were attentive at first. The moment we left the lot it has been nothing but a disaster. No one calls you back, no one cares about whether the vehicle is running properly, they don’t even make sure the vehicle traded in was paid off. We have had this vehicle in Fords service center due to multiple malfunctioning dashboard lights, we were told a 2nd key could be made there when in fact it can’t be and they are in need of the machine to do just this for over 2 years.
We have contacted the finance manager, the sales person, the general manager, the service parts manager and no one cares enough to give us answers or call us back. This is the most poorly run auto dealership. We have even tried to contact the owner on linked in to no avail. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone due to the lack of customer service and communication. It is becoming a legal issue/lemon law at this point.

Though a deal couldn’t be made, that was not a fault of theirs. Karsun was amazing and really did his best to get us to where we wanted to be. He’s very personable and I felt like he really had our best interest in mind. I appreciate the hard work and honesty. I highly recommend him.

The staff at Ford of Elizabethton was awesome in helping me buy my car. As a first time solo car buyer it was pretty daunting, but Craig, Skylar, Mike, and Kevin were all patient with me and answered all of my one million questions. Everyone was great to work with and I’m very happy with my new car!

They have been super helpful in helping us find my granny a car and helped make the payments something she could afford. Karsun and Chris were really friendly and made sure that we were made comfortable and found a car for us. I have bought all my cars from here since 2017. I highly recommend these guys!
