This is a fantastic group of people. I only store items in conditioned buildings and the Cherokee Self Storage units, in Elizabethton, TN, are clean and well maintained.
There are no requests the Owners/Staff ever thought was an inconvenience. Once on the 4th of July holiday, the Owners dropped what they were doing in order to help me when a move-in.
Between selling my home and then, renovating a 100-year old home, this location had the size of units I needed to store and protect my possessions during this still on-going process.
The Owners are "good people".

Cherokee storage has been amazing! I am the executor of an estate and had to clean out units from Cherokee storage. There are no words to describe how sweet, professional, accommodating and kind the family is who runs Cherokee Storage has been. I can not thank them enough. Lindsay who runs the front office is simply amazing. I am not from the area and this entire experience with so many locals has been wonderful including Cherokee Storage. Thank you again for all your kindness in this difficult time.

Highly recommend this storage facility. Having had bad prior experiences at other facilities, I have learned to appreciate the blessing in finding a clean, spacious, sturdy, and reputable storage facility. The employees are easy to work with and they are extremely affordable.
