I had them order some rails to put in my new truck for my fifth and made an appointment for install, they said it would take about an hour and a half to put them in. When I called to check and see if the parts had come in they wanted me to drop the truck off. They guy with grey hair said it my take 3 or 4 hours and said when you go to the doctors office you don’t expect to get in right away. My family has always used this place for our truck accessories but now I will be look for someplace else. The owner really needs to evaluate his employees because they are running his business off.

Awesome job! I had 4 new tires put on my truck today. The service was fast and friendly. We are definitely lifetime costumers.

I bought some new tires from start to finish last week . I had to take back to get tires rebalanced. I was looking at my rims and noticed they were scratched and chipped when they put tires on my rims while installing tires.i told the owner about it he said he will look at them when in shop.the owner and another guy said they didn't see any damage.really it's in plain sight.i thought the owner would want to do the right thing.i guess not all I want is my rims in the shape they were before they installed tires.the rims were in mint condition no blemish anywhere

I sit and waited on my vehicle to be done for my windows to be tinted they did an excellent job it looked great I never had an issue out of it it's been 2 years now

This place was a GOD SEND! My husband and I were on a long road trip and ran over some snow that caused something under the car to come loose and drag. They got me in quickly, got it repaired in about 20 mins and gave me an amazing deal! Very kind and compassionate. Really appreciated the small town hospitality!

Went in to get a simple coolant leak repaired took me almost 3hrs while they diminished my vehicles value got it back worse than ever...I now have a major problem with my car as it shakes and jerks and acts like it's been idled up, the rpm hand is going wild! Now instead of a coolant leak, they tell me it's only a little drop but I'm witnessing a constant leak as the poodle grows larger underneath the front of my car; and now here's the clincher my water pump I'm told isn't set right- no problem here before their 3 hour tour...also I'm told now my sparks plugs need changing and I need a belt coil...I went in before I left about the shaking and got the run around... ma'am we didn't do anything to your car and țhat I believe cause I'm already looking for somebody who will fix this mess and who will tell me just what happened to my car in that shop for those 3hrs....I'm out of a small amount of money so far messing with these people and that'll be all I'm going to lose messing with them: however they are going to put some money into somebody else's pockets cleaning up behind them. I want to be angry but I can't, I want to get even but I won't, what I will do is leave a righteous review here and never enter that place again.... my car roars after my road trip with them.

I Took My Car To Get 2 Oxygen Sensors replaced along with my spark plugs. I'm still having issues with my vehicle and they charged me 581 dollars for the work. Once I got my receipt to see why they charged me that much. They had a estimate of 270 dollars just for oxygen sensors. I purchased my own oxygen sensors at first to save extra money and my sensors only came to 120 dollars they tried to say my oxygen sensors were the wrong ones. Which it doesn't make any sense because I had the information that showed me which sensors were bad. I even told the workers. So they went and purchased the sensors themselves so I could get my car back sooner, which I took my car up there on Monday, and here it is a Wednesday. Also, I had to call the business to check on my vehicle because they claimed they called but I know they never did. Once I got my car back on a Friday they tried to tell me I had bad rotors on my vehicle and my car will shake. I will never do business with them again. Now I have to find a different mechanic just to fix the issue with my vehicle...Also, the workers even said they went to the same auto part store(O'Reilly) that I went to an repurchased the "right" oxygens sensors for my vehicle.

well if you want yo be lied to your face your at the right place first off won't call you back our jeep was there from Nov last yr till now went in for a transmission found a engine problem send to shop back order no problem but here's where It went bad early June my motor was ready I called we talked even went down there said was a problem send it back never picked it up last week it rained shop flooded tried to put my flooded motor back nothing but lies machine shop did great were working with him not this place had to get police to get my jeep and couldn't get my parts till later such a shame don't belive me hot audio fro. every visit every phone call

My son took his 2020 Nissan 370z in for collision work. When we finally got it back, the windshield washer reserve was not put in, (was told they didn't even notice it was missing) and running lights were not wired, so they don't work. I guess I expected more from them.
