I hate to say it’s the second time my Honda has been in their shop. Once a deer ran into me. This time an elderly lady ran into me. Ashley is amazing. She said girl just bring it by when you can. Mr Rodney jumped right out there taking pictures. They called the insurance adjuster next day my car was in the shop. They called me throughout the process to let me know what was going on. I picked it up and it looks amazing. Great job. Take your vehicle here you will not be disappointed.

Kept me up to date with progress, upfront about time frames, car looked like new when I picked it up. I highly recommend them. This is my second time using them. They are my repair shop of choice.

Dropped my car off for repairs from an accident on May 14th and they told me it would be done on June 18th. By July 2nd I had received no updates unless I was the one reaching out, so I did again & talked to Paul who told me it’s gonna be a bit longer because the new radiator they just put in was leaking. They ordered a new one and we were waiting on it to get put it. On July 10th, i called again and was told my car would be ready that evening, but not quite yet because they had to drive it further than they normally would after repairs just to make sure the second new radiator wasn’t leaking also. I got there to pick my car up on the time we decided, waited for 30 minutes, and then some guy from the shop pulled my car around and went out of his way to three point turn and back it into the parking spot, so my back windshield was facing the building door I was coming out of. I got my keys and loaded my kids car seat in it, and pulled out of the parking lot. I got about a block away before I looked up and noticed my windshield had a HUGE crack in it, a crack that wasn’t there 2 months ago when I dropped my car off. I IMMEDIATELY called, and was placed on a 10-15 minute hold. When Paul picked up, he told me sorry it took so long, he was reviewing photos from when I dropped my car off. He said “you might not have noticed it but I can see the crack in the pictures right in the middle of your windshield.” I stopped him and let him know I’m not sure what he’s looking at in the photos, but that the crack wasn’t in the middle, it was centered on my passenger side. He told me to bring my car back up there. When I arrived the next morning with my car, the first thing Paul said is “I don’t think we did it. We don’t even drive the cars ever.” Which is pretty condescending to the statement he made the day before about “needing to drive it a further distance than they normally would to make sure my radiator wasn’t leaking.” Paul disappeared to the back for another 15 minutes and then came back and told me someone would be contacting me by the end of the week, again this was on JULY 11TH. Here we are, August 12th & not only did no one ever call me, but I even sent an email asking for our communications to be in writing because of the misinformation Paul provided about them driving my vehicle. I wanted a clear record of what was said. No one has reached out via email or phone call, no follow up has been made. I waited on writing this review hoping that I wouldn’t need to write an honest review about terrible customer service, but they’ve left me no options. I’m not paying another $500 deductible for a windshield that wasn’t cracked when it was dropped off to them. Completely unprofessional & I would NEVER recommend someone to use them. Ever.
