Everyone was friendly and professional.. The guys that waited on me showed me my air filter and the oil stick after it was refilled with their oil.

Before Strickland Brothers purchased this express oil change it was great. We’ve been twice since it was bought and both times the experience was absolutely TERRIBLE. Both times this “10 minute oil change” took over an hour. How can you advertise 10 minutes when it’s takes over an hour?! The workers were unprofessional and just didn’t care what they said. We were asked if we needed help resetting our oil light and before we could answer the worker actually said “please say no” multiple times.. It’s sad because we had just as bad of an experience with the Strickland Brother oil change in Tullahoma, Tn when they didn’t bolt the skid plate back in correctly so it fell down and grinded against the road while we were driving on the interstate. I would not recommend this company at all and we will not be back.
