They'll charge you $399 to kill your best friend, without doing triage, because they have to send you pet to someone capable. They are not capable of even issuing antibiotics. Fair warning. They wouldn't let me leave with her. The wanted to kill her.

Cathy Ferguson Johnson, D.V.M. is always professional and caring whenever I take my Shih Tzu in. I couldn't be more appreciated with her and Lisa (receptionist) at the Dandridge Clinic. If I have any questions; they take the extra step to give me a knowledgeable answer. I thank you all. Even Kejo seems to be comfortable with you all.

Dandridge office apparently only does tella visits, my question is who takes their pets to be seen by a teleprompter? Left and went to another clinic, a complete waste of time. Why have an appointment?

Charged $800 to have a bladder stone biopsied only to be told they couldn’t have known anything in the first place. This place is a huge rip off and just wants your money. Stopped coming here over a year ago and will never be back

This is the best veterinarian office I have found. They are so caring and truly listen. They absolutely do all they can to see your pet even when emergencies pop up. I have veterinarians with in a few minutes drive of me but will drive an hour to have my pets seen at Town and Country.

We have been going to them for the last 10 years. Everyone there are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They treat you like family. We absolutely love Dr. Johnson (both) and Ms. Lisa!
