They did not have the product I was looking for. Apparently, it's something that no one has been able to get for a round a month. I used a new product claiming similar results. I was hesitant about buying it and I was told by the manager " please give it a try. I would like to know the results of the product. If you are unsatisfied in any way come back and I'll refund your money". Need I say more? By the way, the product worked out.

Great staff.. very helpful.. went in for a battery for my truck, and the man was very knowledgeable .. Changed my battery for me and cleaned all the crud off the posts and cable ends.. thankyou???

The gentlemen that helped us were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed. The gentleman the rang us up even gave advice on ways to go about fixing another car that we have that currently isn’t running.

We were passing through town when our car broke down. We limped it to the nearest auto parts store we could, and were lucky it was this one!The employees were very helpful, including scanning codes, giving parts options + advice and even finding another magnet when the sparkplug slipped into the engine bay and the 1st magnet wasn't strong enough to get it. We wanted to say thank you to the employees in person, but had to get back on the road

I needed new wipers, I went in and asked Mitch for help on the different brands and so on. Mitch was very nice and helpful. He also educated me in a very polite way about my truck. I appreciate the time and kindness.

Advance auto parts at Dandridge has terrible customer service. Not only they don’t help, they hate to answer questions, they don’t even try to help when asked about finding a product.They should be replaced by robots. I am talking about those two men who were working there on 12/31/22 between 4pm and 5pm

My wife & I was traveling from Concord, NC to Knoxville, TN to see our very sick great niece at the children's hospital. Returning home we stopped to get gas and my truck would not start. We got a boost and immediately went to this Advance Auto. It was 8:54pm and they said they could not sell me a battery because it was too late. One young kid offered to test my battery and his machine said I needed a new battery. We went back into the store and the two heavy set blonde headed guys behind the counter refused to sell me a battery. I said a couple of angry words and the young guy who tested my battery sold me a battery and all of them refused to put it in. I asked to borrow tools and they said no. I happened to have enough tools on me to change the battery. I changed it before they even counted the cash register down. It's not a big deal that I had to change the battery, but what if it was my wife or daughter traveling? They would have left them stranded right there at 9:00pm at night.

Had to buy a windshield wipers didn't know the size the gentleman inside that was working was amazing help me find the right size great price and even help me put them on couldn't ask for better service keep up the good work
