We have been racked with damaged deliveries; even waiting months for delivery from a highly rated local store downtown with no support and having to cancel. Sandy, the rest of the sales staff and management have been a real pleasure. If it's not in stock you can order on a Saturday and take delivery by the end of the following week. No extra "white glove" delivery fees to unbox, inspect, and deliver where you would like it inside. Quality, service, and reliability. Even with covid policies making life difficult..you can easily call and see how much credit you have via phone AND they will walk the showroom and describe items you're interested in and let you know the breakdown of payments and setup delivery and first payment right from your home or office! Not only that but if you have an issue you can easily change your pay dates to insure you're comfortable with the payment plan. Definitely the best experience I've ever had with rent to own. Rent a center is a nightmare but Aaron's feels like family every time”
