I have been going to TSC for quite a while and have NEVER met an associate who was rude. Everyone who works at TSC in Covington deserves to be recognized for their WONDERFUL attitudes and personalities...AWESOME PEOPLE

To start, I gave a 1 star review because of the service. After communicating with the district manager, things were cleared up and everything went great.

The store inventory never matches the online inventory...someone isn't recording the store inventory correctly....it shouldn't have listed online to have 15 in stock in store and the store stock has nothing..you try to call first but the phone just rings or you're forgotten on hold...
