ReviewThis was the worst apt experience I have ever endured. Not only was my apartment not ready on my move-in day, I was welcomed with roaches coming out of my vents in which they refused to believe me, relocate me, or even attempted to make things better. I was scheduled to move in on Aug 11 at 2. I walked into my apartment with the leasing agent Ebony to see the old maintenance man painting my cabinets and a dirty carpet. I politely waited til 5 assuming everyone was off work and apartment will be complete. This was not correct as the maintenance man bursted into my apartment which was very scary. In addition to this, my apartment was still not move in ready as I did not have a smoke detector, the smell/fuses from the freshly painted cabinets, the closet light and bathroom light did not work, outlets not working, no refrigerator or W/D at the time, and the kitchen floor was still damaged from last resident, I was told these things will be fixed once i moved in. The worst part was finding ROACHES on my ceiling. I noticed my vents within the living room and kitchen were closed but I opened them not thinking anything of it. Since then, I would walk into my apartment seeing roaches on my ceiling on 7+ occasions. I would constantly tell leasing agent Ebony my issues and they refused to relocate me. First suggestion was to bomb my apartment but that makes no sense as they are coming out of my vents. HVAC systems need to be checked and whole building should be inspected,propter manager Carolyn refused. This would explain why the hallways would stink and constantly would have trash everywhere from residents. After months of contacting and sending emails to the property manager, the leasing agent gave the phone to her. The property manager constantly talked over me and refused to believe me when stating I would see roaches on my ceiling which tells me they are coming from my vents. She would say “I never heard of that”, but a simple google search would tell you this ma’am. The whole time I stayed I did not feel comfortable In my home as I was unable to use my vents during the winter weather, staff refusing to help me or even believe roaches are coming from the ceiling even when pest control communicated this to Ebony. I could not even report my incident since they do not have a company phone. I filed a BBB but of course they did not respond. I wasted so much money dealing with these people and they never cared about what I had to live with. Please do not respond with “contact the office” because I have multiple times and no results. This will confirm everything I said. See pics below!

The maintenance guys works very good and hard to get your problem solved. Once request are entered they respond promptly. Thank you maintenance crew. Update 3/26/2024 Lincoln was very timing and courtesy and very friendly and all my needs were met. Very happy

My move in process was GREAT. The units are beautiful, extremely updated including an alarm and safety gate. Ms.Ebony was so patient and understanding throughout the entire process. She got me in quick and assisted me with NO complaints!

I chose this property due the location and safety. It’s close to pretty much everything. They have onsite law enforcement. The leasing agents were always welcoming. Ebony specifically helped me with the process and she was very patient considering I contacted her several times and each time she answered and assisted me with whatever it was I needed answers to.

Tour/Move in process:This was the last of 10 places we toured and this one was on a whim! I’m so glad we gave it a chance because it turned out to be the best spot for me. Ms. Temeka is new any has been so, so helpful! Ms. Ebony has also helped out a ton. So far, everything has been great and I feel very confident about my new home and community (:

My leasing agent Ebony was very kind and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with this younglady. Due to being self employed and working on commission my earnings varies but she worked with me and got me approved. Her manager Carolyn stopped where she was going to show me my new place. It is so important to have a good people working in the office, I am sure I will love it here. My apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks Ebony and Carolyn. Rosalyn

I just want to say that they have made this process very easy and painless. Ebony is the best she worked very diligently to make sure everything was ready. She even returned all my calls and email within the same day. I was concerned after looking at reviews and she also explained how they are under new management and how much they have already implemented in the process. I thanks you Ebony ☺️ Villas at Cordova she is definitely a keeper.

This place is cut away, next to a school, Germantown road is right around the corner but not right up off of it. There is a lot to do and the property is nice and quiet. It’s nice being in a gated community also.

Great area, quiet; Apartments are nice, inside and out. Special thanks to Kayla for being patient and sweet from day one. She kept me updated until I got approved. I did my app Mon and got Approved Thurs. Looking forward to a good year here. PS: They are under new management so do not let the “old” reviews have you second guessing. <3

My experience was not a good one from the day of move in. The unit I was given was infested and when asked to relocate to another unit I was denied. Explanation was we must give them an opportunity to correct the issue. However, the unit had been vacant a while, therefore, why isn’t it Standard Operating Procedure to treat units after they vacate and before getting occupied? That’s makes more sense than to inconvenience a new tenant with their negligence.

This review is especially for our leasing agent, Ebony! She made the entire leasing process simple and seamless. We had Zoom meetings arranged to view the apartments as we just moved to the US. Ebony was transparent with all processes and documentation needed from the start. The place is generally clean and kept well, however there is scope for improvement on the landscaping and pest control. Other than that, the community is safe and offers good amenities for a pool and gym. Detached parked available, if needed.
