The folks at Autopro are excellent mechanics and I trust them. I’ve taken 2 different vehicles (Lexus and Jeep) and they did a fantastic job at a great price for both.

My lift back tailgate was getting stuck! Tim found out what the problem was and I was given an estimate of the cost! I decided to wait on doing the repairs !

I am from out of state I am all over the road hotshot driver. My equipment broke down outside of Memphis and I was lucky enough to find auto pros nearby. Which towed my car from the highway I was under a load on my trailer. They towed my truck to their shop And fixed the existing problem. I can’t talk highly enough about Sheila In everybody at auto pro. Not only did they fix the problem in a timely manner. They were kind enough to then transport my truck to a local dealership so I could get an open recall that caused the problems for me twice already after purchasing the truck back in sept of 2023. The professionalism and kindness of this business went over and above for me. my only wish is that more businesses would take care of their customers like I take care of mine. Excellent auto service experience. AutoPro provided me with courtesy and kindness beginning with my phone call to them and also explained the service that was needed for my automobile in a way that I could understand it while keeping the cost to a minimum. The atmosphere while waiting was pleasant and the service was completed in a timely manner. I feel I can trust AutoPro with my future automobile needs.

Appointment never worked out for me. I have to wait all the time as first come first service.
Also, they examined not only for what I asked, examed general, and recommended to change air filter, cabin air filter and oil change which are good for reminder, which I never asked to do it.
Unfortunately, they broke it down, and did not tight the screw correctly.
