These guys were awesome! They got me in and out faster than any other repair shop had offered. The prices were very reasonable and to top it off they were super nice. My serpentine belt had come off while I was on my way there from Nashville I attempted to do it myself didn't get it just right they fixed it up thanks again guys they will definitely be my go-to shop in that area

Excellent service from these guys! They ordered me brand new tires, that arrived the next day. They were awesome about working around my schedule to get me in. They put my new tires on, and I also had an oil change done, all in about an hour and a half or less! They were all super friendly, I was comfortable sitting in their little waiting area, and the work they did was perfect! Excellent service and I will be back for future car maintenance!

They tried to charge me for a mistake *they* made.I took my car in to get some issues fixed. I had *just* replaced the entire exhaust system, as they told me I needed to in order for the issues to be fixed. They blew up the brand new muffler in my car, did a sloppy weld job on the new one, then CHARGED me for it. They agreed to drop the charge afterward, and I would have been fine to leave it there, but then my exhaust system got damaged. Again. The explosion they caused weakened the pipe, and it came off on the interstate. I paid $800 dollars to these people, and now my car's not in driving condition because of a mistake they made. My family used to be dedicated customers to this shop. Now, because of this mess, nobody in my family will ever take their car here again.I wonder, what other mistakes did I pay for? What other issues does my car now have because of sloppy work?

The people at Copper City auto are wonderful. They don't keep you waiting when you have an appointment. Their service is excellent. They look out for my best interests. It is like having auto service and repair people in my family.Thank you, thank you.

We were on vacation and due to head back home. We noticed a caliper issue and knew we needed immediate help. We called Copper City and she had us come right over. They fixed the problem and had us on our way in less than two hours. Everyone was so friendly, which helped make a stressful situation so easy!?Service: Auto brake repair
