I regularly travel in/outside of Cookeville for business and interact with alot of people.I have to re-fuel almost daily. The cashier guy that works the night shift here (7-10pm ish)... he's the most consistently and genuinely respectful person that I've come across in my daily travels. You will continue to have me as a regular customer, so long as you have this man working here.?

How about tell your workers not to speak on people's cars. You don't know what people are going through. Idiot.

The morning employees at this location are the rudest I have ever encountered! I highly suggest not going there.

Location is super clean and smells great but Joshua the cashier is what makes it amazing!!! He's super helpful and very polite. He's truly a gem and I hope he knows that.

The cashier "manager" Richard is extremely rude everyone I know that goes in there say he is rude I've never went in while he was working until tonight, well needless to say it was not a good experience he was eating a candy bar and I wanted to get lottery tickets, he puffed and blowed for having to stand up and assist me, and he told to get another hobby this "man" does not know me I was very offend by he's rudeness just because I interrupted his candy bar

Abysmal Customer Service / Thieves I went to this store a little after 5 this afternoon to treat myself to a 6 pack of my favorite beer , something I only get to do every couple of months. Got home, put stretchy pants on, crawled into my recliner, and popped the top. I smelled it too late to stop from getting a mouthful, and much to my chagrin the beer was skunked. Green. Spoiled. Out of the recliner, back into non-stretchy pants, back into the car and back to town. Now it's just around 7, two hours later, and there is a different clerk. I told her my dilemma and got a deer in the headlights response. I don't blame her, it was her first solo night and she had never heard of such a thing. Luckily, her supervisor happened to be there so she asked her what to do. She didn't know what to do so she called her store manager on the phone. After the call ended I was told there was nothing they could do. I was told I might inject something into it and they would be liable. So I guess they would put the skunky beer I took home and returned on the shelf? I was also told I might drink all the beer and refill the bottles with something that looks like beer. Really? I guess I know what customer service is worth to this store. $7.49. The amount they stole from me selling me a spoiled product and refusing to replace it. If you want to be treated with respect and expect a modicum of customer service, I suggest taking your business to a different convenience store. There must be at least 50 others to choose from here in Cookeville.
