“I took my Dad to this store and he is very hard of hearing and like myself not to tech savvy. He upgraded from a iPhone 4 to an eleven. Odie was so patient and helpful to both of us. My dad Sometimes has trouble remembering things and she went above and beyond what most customer service does today. He had used tracphone and wanted to go back. He told her this but she never waived in her helpfulness. He is still with Cricket. Thank you Odie, I hope her bosses know what a good representative she is for their company.”
“Our Amana dryer which is only 2 years old ended up not heating up. The dryer ran just like it always does but the heat was not working. We figured it was the heating element and we were going to buy the part through an online store. Something told me to get a kit but I hesitated on getting anything online as I did not feel that the part was coming from anyone in the U.S. and we would have had to wait 5-7 days before the part arrived. If that happened we were going to wash our clothes at the house and take them to the laundromat to dry, which is very inconvenient.I started looking for an appliance repair shop near Spencer TN, (which of course is never near Spencer). I ended up calling Appliance Mart and spoke with Brandon. Not only did he have the part but asked me to bring in the heating element so he could test it out.I brought the heating element in and he tested it and my heating element was fine. He explained that it could be several things including the high limit thermostat, dryer thermal cut off fuse etc. He pointed me to the kit that had all these things and told me what I needed to do when I got home. Turns out it was the high limit thermostat that decided not to work properly any more.Because of Brandon and his thorough customer service and knowledge, I fixed my dryer as soon as I got the parts home and my wife was so happy! All this done on December 23rd a day before Christmas eve!I appreciate Brandon and Appliance Mart. Now if anything else goes wrong with either the dryer or washer, I know where to go to get the parts to fix it!!”

After stopping at 2 stores before them, I was lied to and they wouldn’t help me, went to Big R and they took the time to help me find what I needed and explained the product in detail, very sweet and friendly!! I really appreciated that considering most places that are gas stations, even if the interstate, won't let you even do that!
