The vibe inside U.S. Bank was calm & welcoming. DANIEL treated me as an equal & friend when I sat up my accounts. He was easy to talk to about my hesitation with putting my money in a bank. DANIEL reassured me that my money was & will be safe & that he & U.S. Bank has all of their customers best interest at heart. If you need a bank I suggest going to see DANIEL at U.S. Bank.

Little things matter and are what sets a bank apart from the others. No pens at the drafting table. Just empty chains... Been this was for a long time. When brought to the tellers attention she acknowledge the issue and just said they are out. Looking in the separate offices you can see pen cups loaded with pens. Small thing I know but it matters. Provide pens and ill change my rating.

You guys need to fix your ATM. I should not be waiting five minutes after inserting my cash for it to be sorted and deposited. That is a major safety and security issue. I called and reported it because I didn’t think it even counted my cash, luckily I did not drive away. But we both know nothing will be done from calling. So please have some maintenance or software update done.

What a pleasant experience! It started with a phone call confirming that they could handle my transaction. Bryanna assured me it would be no problem. Upon arriving, she directed me to the manager Mr Terry Marsh Jr who quickly, knowledgeably and thoroughly completed my transaction. All were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be banking at this location going forward.

While I have found the people very friendly, they are slow and uninformed and unconcerned with helping anyone. Half hour waits on the phone, 10 minutes or more in line at the branch and no one can help you with anything unless you come in in person. How do people who work a normal day work schedule get anything done?

I can never do business with y'all I get $900 checks all the time I don't feel like the police getting caught on me and dude Ashley had an account with y'all and y'all called the police on him that's amazing to me great job? if you are a darker complexion I wouldn't do business with US Bank your canceled?️

If you owe another bank and need a second chance bank account this is the only use for this bank! When you get your credit straight and improve your score it’s time to move on. They give you a hard time with EVERYTHING even increasing your daily mobile deposit limit above $200! We are business owners and can’t take checks because this bank won’t increase our daily check deposit limit after 3 years with them and 4 accounts including savings.

I've never had a problem with this bank. Some of the reviews here are not fair. Covid has been difficult for businesses. They've had to change hours, close the lobby and yes long lines at the drive thru due to covid. The people here are friendly and helpful.

This is the worst bank ever, sitting in the drive-thru for 35 minutes now one vehicle in front of me.... Three people in the building and one window open 10 cars behind me and they all standing around looking like they are lost...

This is the worst branch we've ever been to. Only the drive through is open and only 1 lane. If you need to do any banking it takes about a hour to 90 minutes just to get to the window. There are other banks in the area and you would be better served at any of them. I'm closing all of my accounts today and moving them to a bank that wants my business.

The bank is doing a little better now, but the us bank in Spring Hill Kroger is about to close so there will be one less us bank in the small town which will of course overcrowd this location that is already slow in the outside lines because you can't go inside.

This is literally the slowest bank that I have ever dealt with in my 54 years of life! The lack of employees to serve their customers gives me a bad vibe on the stability of this bank.
