Thalia, Columbia, TN, has been in great/wonderful/ in need of a raise, in store today this is in sharp contrast to customer care on phone who either didn’t understand the passcode I gave or was in different???? But has been a whole matter but again Thalia was great at handling this difficult situation and showed great professionalism and made sure things were handled and finished… Thank you Thalia!!!!

A Big Thanks To Miss Kendra At The T-Mobile Store In Columbia, TN.After four hours and half a dozen different Customer Support people at T-Mobile they had my cell phone account so compromised that the phone was completely useless as a phone.The next day I drove the 45 miles one way to the Columbia store.Miss Kendra had my cell service restored and the phone fully functional in a matter of minutes.After spending four days with T-Mobile Customer Support to get two AT&T numbers ported over to T-Mobile and then the four hour fiasco trying to get a sim card activated it was a breath of fresh air to have a T-Mobile Mobile Expert that actually knew what they were doing.I'm new to T-Mobile but based on my experience thus far I suspect that the only thing that keep T-Mobile customers is dedicated and knowledgeable store Mobile Experts like Miss Kendra.I've had my last dealing with T-Mobile Customer Support.I could have walked to Columbia and back in the time I spent with T-Mobile Customer Support.Thank you again Miss Kendra!

I did when I first bought my phone but since they have my business it all up to me ! They acted like they could care less that my phone was not working for no reason. Tried to get me to spend 20 dollars to get another phone! I have had an iPhone since iPhone 5 ! Never any problems! I would not recommend t mobile all they want is more money more money! Really nice the first time you go in all the help in the world but after 14 days hang it up not going to help you at all! Excepted to take more money from you ! T-Mobile Columbia Tn do not waste your time if you have an iPhone going on to cool springs to the apple store they stand by there product !! I like the iPhone apple makes a good product!!!

Staff just tries to get over on you to make $$ for themselves. Worst informed employees I’ve seen and store I’ve seen. Would not recommend them at all!Kaitlyn is the worst. Save yourself the trouble!
