“This post office is like all the others. Small post offices have to send their mall from their facility to Nashvile to get sorted then it is rerouted back to them to deliver. This adds days more to the process. This is how it is for every DDU and NDC. The Nashville hub has many more employees to handle this, where this location has 5 employees at the actually facility.The drivers are given mail that needs to be delivered if they get behind it is still shown as delivered at the end of their shift even though it might not actually deliver till the next day.They are overworked, and they have people yelling at them all day long. They have stopped caring. The ladies at the counter are the sweetest if you are just nice to them.”
“I've not had the pleasure of visiting in person, but their customer service over the phone was both helpful and friendly. (I even got to speak to a real person which is becoming more and more rare nowadays with all the pre-recorded robots that do all the customer service.)”

“I live on Knob creek rd. It is way out in the country, so far out that no local resturants will deliver. Yet our postman is always on time, always friendly. I have heard many people complain about usps and their mail delivery and it made me realize I am lucky to have the postal delivery person I have. The only time my mail is late is when the regular delivery person is off. Thank you so much for the post!”
