My washing machine went out on Nov. 16. Could not get one delivered until Nov.22. IT NEVER WAS DELIVERED! Canceled our purchase!!

Met the best of employees at Lowes last night. We came in for a large order of wood. Mr. Jimmy was the first to come help us. He was polite. Even with us having a large order, he kept a smile on his face. Mr. Jimmy is a great asset to Lowes, I sure hope they know that. Mr. Kenny came to help, and he too was great. Both of these wonderful men are Veterans. I thank them for their service to our country and thank them for their great customer service at Lowes.

Always out of everything and what they do have is in the wrong bin so you have to hunt for it. Cashiers can't do coupons (from Lowe's with written instruction for cashiers on them) or gift cards (again from Lowe's) and eventually you just say forget it and leave. Switching to Home Depot, even though it's a longer drive.

Worst service we have ever had and we visit often. We live 45 mins away and have been there 3 times to order countertops and have yet to get them order. today was told the guy was in lunch and we waited 45 mins and went back and guess what he had just gone to lunch and talked to the manager over the area and he was no help at all.

The manager would rather talk to a buddy about getting tickets to a certain "event" than help a customer or even answer questions to his staff with a customer standing there. More than happy to hide in his cubicle. You're welcome, we literally walked out, left a cart of product and a large order. The worst most ill informed work staff I've ever experienced. Everyone is half asleep and it's like customer participation day. If you can find someone to help you and need them to look a product up, the salesperson is more than happy for YOU to go online and do their job On our way to Home Depot. Good luck Lowes. We are general contractors and you just lost us for any future business.

I had to call their corporate office which wasn't any better than in the store.Customer Service at this store is horrible. The girls that work in pickup and returns have the worse attitudes.

If you go in lowes you better know what you want and where it is because you are not going to get any help and if you do they don't know either. And Heather the store manager she's off today.

I moved to Columbia in 2019 and I'm surprised by the older reviews. Lowes has been my go to store for everything from lumber, appliances, landscaping, to cleaning supplies during the pandemic. The employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Okay, I understand that this is a difficult time with COVID, but that does not give a person the right to be rude to paying customers. Anytime we have come here the staff has been great to help out and ask if we needed anything. With that being said, when it is time to check out in the store most of the time they are rude and rushed I get there is a line, however people in the garden area are angles they're kind, understanding, and they know how to deal with customers. However, the staff in the store being rude at check out can't be ignored. Needless to say, I won't be coming back anytime soon.

A little late on posting this... But, both David and Hannah at customer service are amazing! I was having such a bad day, and then I rented one of their Bissell carpet cleaners only for it to to be completely damaged (actually, someone had peed in it ). Hannah and David were both SO helpful and did whatever they can to rectify the situation. They definitely made my already stressful day not so bad anymore. So HUGE thank you to the customer service reps (particularly Hannah and David since that's whom I dealt with) in being sympathetic and just so sweet and fully taking care of the situation.

We will never be back to the Columbia Tn Lowe's! Anytime you ask someone for help they have rude remarks and they act like they don't even want to help you with anything. When in reality it's their job to greet you nicely and help you with anything you need in a nice manner! If you don't like your job you shouldn't be working there! You treat others with respect or that's how I was taught and maybe they should be trained on how to greet and treat their customers!!! The people that Lowe's hire is the reason why other people like me will shop elsewhere!! Lowe's y'all need to get yalls crap together and hire more smiling and caring employees!!! That is all!!!
